Sales Policy

 PLEASE read all parts of this policy before committing! If a deposit is placed, it is automatically assumed this has been read & agreed to! 

🐰 We are located in Melbourne, FL. We are a CLOSED Rabbitry. This means we are not open for tours or visits. There are ZERO exceptions! This is for the health & safety of not just our rabbits, but all of our animals as well as my family's! 

🐰 DEPOSITS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit. This does go towards the price of the rabbit! If something happens to said bunny in my care, you will be offered a refund or another bunny! 

Deposits can NOT be transferred to another bunny. 

Deposits can be made through Zelle. This is the only truly secured platform. ONLY. Remainder is due at 8 weeks, or time of pick up! A bunny will NOT leave my possession until it is paid in full! 

🐰 HEALTH: All bunnies are healthy upon leaving the Rabbitry, to the absolute best of our knowledge! Once a bunny leaves my possession, the health is the responsibility of the buyer. There are too many factors that can alter the health of a rabbit once it leaves my possession that I have no control over. If using transport, there is absolutely no health guarantee whatsoever as transport is risky! 

🐰 I have the right to refuse or cancel a sale, at any time, for any reason! 

🐰 Gender mistakes are possible! I am not perfect, and it happens! If that happens while the bunny is still in my care, you will be given a refund. 

🐰 TRANSPORT: I do work with transport! Setting up transport is entirely up to the buyer. Stops need to be in Melbourne FL. Please make sure a transport is approved first! There are transports that I will NOT work with. 

I will NOT chase down transport, or transport information. That is not my responsibility. I will absolutely steer you in the right direction and help you find a route, but I will not chase them down trying to figure out when they're going to be somewhere. It is your responsibility to make sure this is done.

🐰 Unless specifically requested, I do require first right of refusal. If my bunny no longer fits in your program, I entirely understand and have no ill feeling if you need to move him/her along. There are instances in which I would like first right of refusal, and I will request that in those cases! 

🐰 All bunnies come with a small Ziploc bag of transition feed, and a pedigree (if applicable) or a birth certificate as well as a lifetime of support! I am always here to help!!
